Lake Skanatati

Lake Skanatati is one of the lakes on the beautiful Seven Lakes Drive that pass through Harriman State Park. This is the first time i try to paint on clayboard. The board seems to absorb paint a lot quicker than gessoboards that i used to. It makes more rough dry brush effects. This is also a slightly bigger painting, so i try to keep it loose.

Extream and BEAUTIFUL work! your visions are remarkable with color. Thanks for allowing me to view your art works and you are welcome to mine, tho i don't do much with the brush anymore as i am crippled with Parkinson's Disease so i work with what i call Humor Fiction Photo Art. If you wish to view my blogs and my arts which are all 100% free to download and use if you wish to do so:
